Our client, an innovative leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Remanufacturing Disassembly Technician to join their team. This role is part of the production department supporting quality assurance and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Title: Remanufacturing Disassembly Technician

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $16 + Diff

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd All Shifts

What's the Job?
  • Disassemble mechanical or electronic components using hand and power tools.
  • Clean parts using approved solvents, washers, and other cleaning equipment.
  • Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects using precision measuring tools.
  • Replace or repair defective parts according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Reassemble units following technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience manufacturing and have a mechanical aptitude, or experience in remanufacturing.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
