Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed prescribed production standards and additional compensation is tied to exceeding those standards.
