Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;
the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- Adherence to attendance policy
- Willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly
- Requires standing for most of shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift
- Attention to detail: thorough and careful about detail when completing work tasks or correcting flaws or mistakes.
