About the Role

You will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment, or troubleshooting technical obstacles, and you will receive training and support from your team to excel in your role and reach your full potential.
Responsibilities- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations
- Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Ability to change priorities quickly, work effectively under time constraints and contribute to the team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including finger movements and twisting or pressure involving the wrists/hands
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, or reaching to work with equipment throughout the shift
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Experience in either recycling or manufacturing environment preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy equipment required
- Minimum 1 year experience operating hydraulic cranes required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
