Position Summary

Work ScheduleWill work 4 days x 10 hours. Coverage Sunday - Saturday.
Shifts Available: 1st – Availability Needed – 6am - 6pm.
Responsibilities- Plan and schedule daily production to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Interact with Production Support teams and Team Leaders to optimize flow and throughput.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure team training.
- Monitor and analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators.
- Provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to review productivity and performance data.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures.
- Experience in budget management and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, business, operations management, or logistics).
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a production or operations environment, preferably in a distribution center, pharmacy automation, or a similar high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
- 4 years of experience in an automation, manufacturing, warehousing, or pharmacy facility.
- Completion of a Board‑approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
- Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.
- Knowledge of production processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with the ability to use technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $76,000.00 – $. Additional compensation may include: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; regional pay zone (RPZ); complex structure based on external factors.
