Starter Disassembler - SRC Technologies Group

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will remove component parts for testing and cleaning. This role involves intense physical activity, use of several hand tools and machines, minor machine set‑ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. It requires decision‑making on the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort includes regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of material.

• Remove component parts for testing and cleaning.
• Coordinate duties with the disassembly team.
• Use air and hand tools.
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management, recognizing the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
• Follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Maintain exemplary work attendance.

• Perform set‑up, material handling duties, and minor general maintenance.
• Be able to effectively perform similar positions on the floor at any point in time.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.
• Operator is responsible for all area housekeeping.
• Assist in developing work instructions and operator training.
• Promote a positive working environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
