Join Our Team – 2nd Shift Cutting Associate

Location:

AGF Glass – Springfield, MO

At AGF Glass, we are a glass fabricator driven by integrity, commitment, teamwork, and putting the customer first. We are seeking a Cutting Associate to help fabricate quality glass products for our customers.

• Operate Cutting and Movetro systems.
• Manage optimization and cutting software.
• Follow production and quality standards.
• Report and document production issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Safely handle and break out glass.
• Identify and label glass accurately.
• Organize and transport materials.
• Maintain production quality.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.
• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate products according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products using tools such as measuring tape to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet production targets.

• Experience in glass cutting, assembly line operations, or a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Mechanical knowledge of troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor adjustments.
• Familiarity with press operations and tooling concepts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, including packaging responsibilities.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must pass a background check.

• Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 8:30 PM. Overtime as needed.
• Starting pay: $17/hour.
• Major holidays off.
