Thread lock Precision is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer to drive high-precision manufacturing for aerospace and defense programs. You will develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling, collaborating with machinists, engineering, and quality to translate complex drawings into manufacturable parts.
You will mentor junior programmers, set standards, improve tooling and processes, and support new job launches to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
