Position Summary
Located in southeast Missouri, Bloomfield is a small town with history and a factory in operation since 1976. The Bloomfield facility produced Lightweight litter and features innovations that supported Nestl Purina’s pursuit of performance excellence. The site has expanded in 2020 to meet growing demand, with a focus on environmental stewardship and efficiency. This role is based in Bloomfield and offers proximity to St.
Louis, Kansas City, and Lake of the Ozarks.

As a Senior Inventory Control Coordinator, you will lead inventory accuracy and system performance in our largest, highly automated distribution center. You will troubleshoot complex challenges, support daily operations, and serve as a key technical resource within the facility. Responsibilities- Maintain operation at peak efficiency through standard routines and informed insight.
- Respond quickly and effectively to system, logic, or physical issues that affect throughput.
- Monitor system performance to support First Expirations/First Out product management.
- Manage product quarantine and inspections as required by the factory.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, QA, and peers at other facilities and Headquarters.
- Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and continuous improvement activities, applying lean methodologies to eliminate waste and deliver results.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on continuous improvement efforts.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, production, logistics, military, or a related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $43,000 to $60,000. This range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
