Deli Star is seeking a Senior Process Leader to oversee manufacturing and Deli operations at The Star Plant in Saint Louis, MO. You will drive yield, uptime, throughput, and scale-up execution while ensuring processes are robust, food safe and profitable.
You will lead daily process management, regulatory compliance, training, CAPAs, and root-cause analyses, working closely with Engineering and Quality teams to uphold HACCP, SQF and USDA standards.
