Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a 12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept to join their team. As a 12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept, you will be part of the support team, assisting in essential manual labor tasks that keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: 22.50*
* ** Shift:  Night
** Shift (12-hour days, rotating schedule) Will work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun one week and the next week will work Wed and Thurs. Expect overtime in this position.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving materials

+ Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely

+ Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the facility

+ Support the mixing department with various operational activities

+ Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to perform heavy lifting of 45 pounds or more

+ Forklift certification is required

+ Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule

+ Strong work ethic and attention to safety

+ Ability to work overtime as needed
