Assembly, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Penmac Staffing is hiring for Assembly Workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent hours.

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime on Fridays, typically 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Full-time position

• Be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Wear steel-toe boots or shoes at all times
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic
• Work well independently and as part of a team

As an Assembly & Teardown Worker, you will assist with production processes and support daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Assembling products and components according to specifications
• Disassembling products or equipment during the teardown process
• Using hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
• Inspecting parts and materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety procedures and company policies
• Assisting with additional production duties as assigned
