Abb Vie is seeking a Technical Shift Leader for the Westport biologics fill-finish facility in Missouri. This shift-based role requires 12-hour day/night rotation and leadership to guide compounding, filling, lyophilization, and related manufacturing activities.
You will supervise and mentor a manufacturing team, uphold aseptic processing and contamination control standards, and work with QA, regulatory, and other functions to meet safety, quality, and production objectives.
