Swanson Group is seeking a Mentor Trainee to support the training of entry level operators within the SPW General Plant. You will be assigned a shift and department, then learn and perform tasks as needed to backfill open positions.
The role focuses on developing hands-on skills through on-the-job training, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments as required by production needs.
