U-Sr. Aseptic Filling Technician- 1st and 2nd Shift

The Sr. Aseptic Filling Technician assumes leadership duties as assigned by department supervisor and will become knowledgeable of all duties performed by our SPM Filling Technicians.

• Be knowledgeable of and perform all Filling job functions, procedures, and operate all department equipment.
• Check clean room/filling processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and departmental procedures and report any problems to the department supervisor.
• Operate component assembly machines and filling machines.
• Unload sterilizers and properly handle components.
• Review and perform as required, proper accountability, documentation and quality in-process test results as required per the applicable SOP or Batch Record. (Batch records and logbooks).
• Perform aseptic operations.
• Perform appropriate department housekeeping duties per SOP’s.
• Continually meet aseptic gowning requirements and adhere to aseptic technique principles at all times inside the Aseptic Processing Area.
• Assist in scheduling and coordination of job assignments for SPM Filling Technicians.
• Training of new personnel; including, demonstrating job tasks, provide guided practice, assess Learner performance against performance standards, and preparing the correct documentation reflecting the training given.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Associates Degree
• 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
