Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Manufacturing Days to join their team. As a Manufacturing Days , you will be part of the production support team, assisting with various manual labor tasks essential to the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving materials

+ Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely

+ Assist with activities at heights and operate industrial trucks or tractors as needed

+ Follow established procedures to support manufacturing operations

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting of 30 pounds or more

+ Forklift certification is required; certification can be obtained if not already held

+ Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures

+ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
