As a CNC Machine Operator in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality precision parts by operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Your primary objective will be to set up, program, and run CNC equipment to manufacture components according to detailed specifications and blueprints. You will ensure that all parts meet strict quality standards by performing regular inspections and making necessary adjustments to the machines.

Collaboration with engineers and quality control teams will be essential to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to efficient manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime and waste while maximizing product accuracy and consistency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Certification in CNC operation or machining from a recognized technical institution.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and advanced CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
