The Assembler1is responsible for assembling quality tools and/or work on production equipment not automatedsuch as RF Sealer, skin cardsealeraccording to product specifications.

Assistthe production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, and assignments. May serve as a backup to other positionsatthe direction of management; other duties as assigned.

• Perform work within takt/cycle time(40%)

• Perform work per work instructions(40%)

• Operate tools, presses,and equipment properly(40%)

• Fullyoperateone assembly element (if applicable)(40%)

• Gear Case

• Motor Housing

• Wiring Handles

• Test and Pack

• Work on non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and other kitting functions(30%)

• Train others in all areas(30%)

• Inform proper personnel of material shortage(20%)

• Scrap out partsand complete scrap ticket(20%)

• Maintain production pace and standards(10%)

• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area(5%)

• Practice and maintain 5

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and OMS

• Basis math skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
