Creative Modular Construction is looking for a skilled

- Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Measure and inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify and correct welding or fabrication defects.
- Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and related machinery.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other team members to solve problems and meet production goals.
- Take ownership of quality, productivity, and safety.
- Previous welding/fabrication experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
- Welding certifications are a plus, but not required.
Flexible shift availability required. Positions may include
day, afternoon, evening, night, and overnight shifts based on production needs.
