NOW HIRING a Cabinet Painter:
The Cabinet Painter will be responsible for the daily activities in the cabinet shop, including painting, prepping, finishing cabinets and shelving units, building units, and pulling orders. This position requires a strong focus on cabinet finishing techniques, including sanding, priming, staining, and spraying finishes or paints. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of measurement, previous power tool experience, and experience with painting equipment and materials.
A valid Class E driver's license or willingness to obtain one is required.

- Operate hand tools, painting equipment, and woodworking machinery.
- Read and interpret designs and blueprints.
- Construct and assemble custom cabinets and shelving.
- Sand, prime, stain, and paint cabinets and related components to specified finish standards.
- Maintain all cabinet machinery, painting tools, and equipment, and follow all safety requirements.
- Perform quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure smooth, even finishes.
- Painting, prepping, finishing cabinets and shelving units, building units, and pulling orders.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous experience with cabinet finishing techniques and measurement skills is preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous experience using power tools is preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous experience with painting equipment and materials is preferred.
- A Class E driver's license or willingness to obtain one is required.
- Must be able to raise and move up to 50 pounds of equipment, tools, supplies, and/or other items from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position to position.
