As a Marketing Assistant, you are comfortable making outbound phone calls, coordinating logistics, and supporting live events. The RoleThe Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Manager in executing the firm’s marketing strategy to help new families connect with Wealth Care and build confidence in their retirement planning.
This role focuses on excellent phone execution, detailed event preparation, and being a professional, welcoming presence at marketing and client experience events. You will assist with outreach, scheduling, event logistics, and follow‑up while helping ensure marketing efforts are organized, effective, and on brand.
This is a hands‑on, team‑oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, interaction, and contributing to a shared goal.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Event Support- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to support all marketing events, both on the phone and in person
- Assist with event preparation, including assembling materials, setup, and teardown
- Attend and support marketing seminars and client experience events as a friendly, professional representative of the firm
- Make outbound calls to confirm event registrations
- Follow up with prospects to schedule office visits
- Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and interactions in the CRM
- Support the Marketing Manager with campaign tracking and post‑event follow‑up
- Collaborate with the marketing team and broader office team to help achieve firm goals
- Assist with analyzing marketing results and identifying opportunities for improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism when making outbound phone calls
- Experience with CRM systems and basic marketing analytics preferred
- Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and feedback
- Calm, solution‑oriented approach in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Full‑time, in‑office position
- Normal office hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1‑hour unpaid lunch) - Evening work required approximately 1–10 days per month for marketing seminars and client events
- Events are primarily on weekdays; occasional Saturday events may be required
- Comp time will be provided for evening hours worked
