The National Industry Marketing Senior Associate supports the national Financial Services Sector within the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) organization. This role supports the execution of marketing plans that increase brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and contribute to opportunity conversion. Activities include event and conference planning, content creation, social media, advertising, trade associations and publications, email marketing, webinar planning, market and competition research, presentation support, website updates, and internal communications.
WhatYou Will Do
- Collaborate with MBD team members to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns and applicable industry deliverables
- Provide strategic support for assigned industries (including banking & credit unions and digital assets) by developing industry strategic plans, budgets, and content strategies and tracking plan progress
- Support thought leadership development and related promotion through social media, articles, webinars, and videos
- Assist in content creation that supports go-to-market activities and pursuits
- Update and curate content for industry webpages and intranet
- Coordinate marketing and thought leadership activities through national associations and publications, supporting association memberships and sponsor ships
- Actively participate in industry and sector marketing team meetings, collaborating with other team members and sharing best practices
- Assist with internal and external conference planning and logistics
- Assist sector professionals with market and competition intelligence and analysis
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong computer and software skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other tools, including AI
- Master's Degree
- Prior experience at a consulting or public accounting firm
Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
