We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across Amazon, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on campaign execution, and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate understands full‑funnel strategy, conversion tracking, creative testing, and ROAS optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Amazon
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategy
- Manage budgets and pacing to hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Manage content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery
- Optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Run A/B tests on:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines and copy
- Landing pages
- Scale winning campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- Amazon Seller Central
- Conversion tracking and attribution models
- Build performance dashboards and reports
Work with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives - Provide creative direction based on performance data
- Brief teams on messaging angles and hooks
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
- Present insights and optimization recommendations
- Communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Proven track record of improving ROAS or lowering CPA
- Strong understanding of:
- Keyword match types
- Retargeting strategies
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling
- Comfortable managing monthly budgets
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with:
- E‑commerce (Shopify, Woo Commerce)
- Experience managing multi‑market or international campaigns
