Marketing Coordinator – support the marketing team with a focus on water, transportation, community infrastructure, and private development.

Key responsibilities include proposal and statement of qualifications development, interview preparation, client events and conferences, award submissions, and client intelligence usage for tailored pursuit strategies. Develop marketing collateral aligning with brand guidelines and a deep understanding of our services, processes, and procedures.

• Develop and deliver marketing materials such as statements of qualifications, competitive proposals, interview presentations, and conference materials, meeting firm standards.
• Plan, communicate, and track pursuit tasks to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing content, messaging, and documentation.
• Gather, maintain, and apply client intelligence.
• Prepare and submit award entries.

We have one opening and only consider candidates located in the Lincoln, NE, Plano, TX, Overland Park, KS, or Springfield, MO office locations. Flexible hybrid schedule offered.

Experience and Skills:

• At least three years of related AEC industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong writing skills, AP style knowledge.
• Strong time‑management skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and across company offices.
• Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.
• Technical writing, editing, creativity, and keen design sense.
