One of Wripple's Banking & Financial Services clients is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Sponsorship Producer/Event Project Manager to support the delivery of the firm’s sponsorship portfolio across all active properties and categories.
This is a long-term, 40-hour/week contract role that must be based in St. Louis. You will need to be onsite at least 4 days/week.
This role owns execution coordination and project management across sponsorship activations, serving as a critical operational link between the program lead, cross-functional internal teams, agencies, and partners. The Sponsorship Producer ensures that project plans are built and maintained, deliverables are tracked and approved, and activations are executed with precision and quality. This person will partner closely with sponsorship leads to bring activations to life — on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.
Responsibilities- Maintain project plan and timelines for assigned sponsorship activations, ensuring all milestones, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and communicated to stakeholders
- Serve as a day-to-day execution resource aligned to program leads across assigned sponsorship categories, supporting seamless delivery of activation plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive deliverables forward and resolve dependencies
- Support onsite planning, staffing logistics, and holistic event plans for sponsorship activations, including attending events as required
- Track hospitality and activation deliverables, coordinating directly with agency and partner contacts to ensure accurate and timely execution
- Manage stakeholder coordination, serving as a consistent point of contact for execution-related communications and approvals
- Assist in the development and maintenance of measurement systems, reporting trackers, and post-event recaps that capture execution quality and outcomes
- Identify risks and flag cross-portfolio dependencies to the sponsorship lead, proactively surfacing issues that may impact timelines or quality
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation, including invoice and purchase order management, billing coordination, and budget update communications
- Assist with sourcing and legal coordination including contract tracking, vendor onboarding, and procurement support as needed
- Create and maintain activation briefs, event itineraries, staff plans, and status documents in support of program leads and the broader sponsorship team
- Participate in governance and planning cadences, contributing execution updates and timeline reporting
- Prepare and distribute materials for sponsorship status calls, including agendas, tracking reports, and action item logs
- Attend and participate in staff events, which may include some nights and weekends
- Travel to client and sponsorship events as necessary
- All other duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of direct experience in sponsorship, event production, experiential marketing, or brand activation at a brand, property, or agency
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, project planning, and cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting or executing sponsorship activations, including onsite event operations, agency coordination, and partner management
- Familiarity with budget tracking, invoice management, and vendor coordination
- Experience working within or alongside a corporate brand or marketing team preferred
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain detailed Outcome-driven plannings, track deliverables, and manage multiple activations simultaneously
- Highly organized and process-driven, with experience implementing systems and tools that improve execution efficiency and accountability
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and levels, and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive communicator (written and oral) who keeps teams informed, flags issues early, and follows through consistently on commitments
