Gregory Financial is searching for a proactive, entrepreneurial professional to join our team as a PT Growth Marketing & AI Coordinator. In this role, you’ll build and manage digital marketing campaigns, implement innovative AI solutions, and help launch new client services, including our  estate-planning platform.

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with opportunities to expand to You Tube and other platforms
• Develop ad concepts, write copy, create video ideas, design landing pages, and build lead-nurture campaigns
• Support marketing efforts for retirement planning, insurance, and  estate-planning services
• Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation costs, appointments, and overall business outcomes
• Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, and AI agents to enhance marketing and business operations
• Create reusable AI workflows, prompts, systems, and standard operating procedures for the team
• Assist in coordinating  inquiries, scheduling, client onboarding, document follow-up, and attorney meetings
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and professional lead follow-up
• Manage advertising and communications through the company’s compliance review process

• Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, AI automation, or similar tools
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Analytical approach, focused on tracking results over effort
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated ability and initiative matter more to us than formal credentials or résumé polish

This role is designed to grow with the firm, with additional opportunities available.

• $1,000 monthly retainer
• Estimated 15-20 hours per month
• Flexible hours with regular in-person collaboration in Springfield
• Gregory Financial covers advertising costs separately
• Performance bonuses available for reaching marketing goals and completed paid estate-planning engagements (pending compliance approval)
• Initial 90-day contract, with potential for increased responsibilities and compensation based on results
• This role offers a chance to help launch new revenue-generating services, not just maintain existing functions.
