Regional Director of Growth and Strategy

The Regional Director of Growth and Strategy advances Foster Adopt Connect’s mission by leading community engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising, public affairs, and outreach efforts across Missouri and Kansas. Working closely with the Vice President of Growth and Strategy, this role develops and strengthens relationships with donors, businesses, foundations, community organizations, and public officials to support organizational growth, sustainability, and mission impact.

This position serves as a key ambassador for the organization through public speaking, networking, legislative engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to increase community awareness, referrals, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, public affairs, public policy, communications, marketing, human services, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse internal and external partners and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences.
  • Travel required within Missouri and Kansas with or without accommodation.
