CMH is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for residents at Community Springs Healthcare Facility. CMH includes 34 clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities, and 1 residential care facility, offering services such as acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies, and more.

El Dorado Springs is a progressive city in Southwest Missouri, known for its rich history and family-friendly atmosphere. It is the largest city in Cedar County, incorporated in 1881, and centered around a spring believed to have healing properties. Its location provides easy access to Kansas City, Springfield, and Joplin, with attractions like the Wayside Inn Museum, Opera House Cinema, and City Park.

Located in the Ozarks, our campus offers a hometown feel with affordable housing options. Springfield is 40 minutes away, featuring attractions like Battlefield Mall, Wonders of Wildlife, and Urban Air. Branson, an hour away, offers shows, Silver Dollar City, and shopping.

This 105-bed skilled nursing facility requires skills such as assigning care duties, safe medication administration, resident assessments, monitoring ADLs, and administering treatments per physician orders. Responsibilities include developing relationships with residents, facilitating admissions and discharges, and assisting with the resident’s Plan of Care.
