We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a mobile wound care team providing patient-centered services across various settings.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on wound care advancements.
- Travel for training and work independently with a flexible schedule.
Current licensure in Missouri and Illinois (preferred), NP certification, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
BenefitsHealth, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. The role is full-time with an annual salary between $113,023 and $136,114.
