Licensed Practical Nurse; Spravato

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Spravato Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Medical Home department.

Key responsibilities include providing direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. The LPN delivers psychosocial, physical, and general care, meets the communication needs of patients and families, and reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. This role is supervised by a PA, NP, RN, and/or physician and clinic manager. The LPN maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards, and communicates with physicians and team members about the patient’s clinical condition, including diagnostic results and symptomatology.

• Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis starting the first day of employment, up to 3.5 weeks per year based on a 40‑hour work week.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Missouri.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
• Successful completion of telemetry course preferred.
