Position
Medication Partner (Full‑Time)
LocationSpringfield, Missouri
Salary$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift ScheduleWeek 1:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7 pm–7 am.
- Advocate empathy by understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

- Be an engaged learner: remain curious, ask questions, seek out new knowledge, and commit to personal development and training.
- Ensure the proper administration of medication.
- Maintain medication carts and keep accurate records.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with standing, walking, and recovering from a fall.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Appropriately certified per state guidelines with active status.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Mature interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
- Positive, energetic attitude that demonstrates love for residents.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
- Criminal background check clearance.
- Good health verified by a physician within the last six months or within seven days of employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening and annually thereafter.
