Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift Setting:
Long-Term Care / Nursing Home Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the night shift in a long-term care/nursing home setting. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN or physician

Assist with daily living activities and provide direct patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow care plans

Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the night shift

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in good standing

Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Schedule:

Night shift (hours may vary based on facility needs)
