Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens and other duties as assigned. Obtain information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff, and report any changes in patient condition.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three months experience as a nursing assistant in an inpatient or long‑term care setting, EMT, or Surgical Technologist in the past three years; or completed an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program in the past three years; or completed fundamentals of nursing course with clinical experience in an accredited nursing program or practical nursing education program; or hold Missouri CNA license; or hold MO CNA Appendix
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time‑management abilities
- Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Consistent and timely availability for work
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable in performing job tasks
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Certified Nurse Assistant or Nurse Assistant
- Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement with employer match
- Up to $4,000 sign‑on bonus
- Up to 40 hours of front‑loaded paid time off
- Up to $3,000 relocation bonus
