Job Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a contract assignment at a partnering Behavioral Health facility in Springfield, Missouri.

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, responsibilities include:

• Review and implement Recovery/Treatment plans
• Support medical and psycho-social care for members served
• Administer oral and injectable medications
• Act as a team member and provide input via reporting observations and concerns
• Implement physical crisis and de-escalation techniques

• Missouri RN License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Prior psychiatric nursing experience preferred

• Duration: 13 weeks (possibility to extend)

  36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours
• Compensation: $1,620 – $1,770 per week (includes taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals)
