Cynet Health. Pay: $1,948 per week.

Shift: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours.

Contract:

13 Weeks.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in accordance with established guidelines of nursing practice.
• Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
• Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Meets unit-specific physical demands, including significant bending, stooping, and lifting.
• May be required to work varying shifts and schedules according to patient care requirements.
• Operates within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with professional standards.
• Maintains accountability for the provision of patient care.
• Collaborates with direct care staff to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.
• Responsible for high risk exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Maintains professionalism and adheres to ethical standards in patient interaction.
• Adjusts to varying patient care needs and works with a diverse patient population.
• Demonstrates flexibility in role responsibilities according to unit needs.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year in Telemetry; inpatient only.
• Licenses and
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current RN License (in compliance with state requirements); BLS from AHA; NIHSS (must obtain prior to start).

  Pharmacology knowledge; ability to titrate medications (if applicable).
