Travel Nurse Source  is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Pediatrics RN in Columbia, Missouri, 65201.

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) |

Description:

MUST HAVE ICU EXPERIENCE. Call details: 1 to 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule; take call starting 0700 Saturday through Monday morning 0700. This is team call – 2 staff are called in together. On week nights staff take 1 night a week but this is a back up call as there is in-house coverage. Rarely called in. 2 years of experience required;

travel experience required. No locals within 50 miles.

Physical demands: very active; requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs. This role may involve contact with patients who have contagious illnesses. Facility open 24/7; rotating shifts, holidays, and inclement weather may be required.

Essential Job Functions:

(1) work at Client’s assigned location throughout the term, (2) work the substantial time of the assigned shift, (3) take call, (4) work assigned weekends, (5) work at least 50 percent of holidays during the contract.

Compliance and scheduling notes: 2 years of experience preferred; travel experience required. RTO:
Max 10 days. Licenses: MO or Compact in hand.

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS (PALS preferred). Cerner charting system experience often required. Covid-19 vaccine required (exemptions available). Local candidates: must be over 50 miles from assignment.

Additional terms and unit details include: various floating requirements (ICU to PCU/MS, PCU to MS/ICU, etc.), patient age groups (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents), and travel-specific provisions related to extension, orientation, and non-billable modules. Details are provided by the Account Manager and are subject to change by facility policy and agency guidelines.
