Pay Rate: Starting $25hr & up

*$3hr Night Shift Differential available!

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring their overall health and well-being
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

• Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Missouri
• Experience as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); willingness to learn and grow with our organization
