Hospice LPN

Overview

We are a well‑established hospice company located in the southwest corner of Missouri with offices in Lebanon, Springfield, and Joplin. We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Springfield team.

• Assist patients, families, and caregivers in coping with issues related to death and dying.
• Perform head‑to‑toe assessments and vital sign checks on all assigned patients each day.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all hospice staff and provide support as required.
• Deliver nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about care and support.

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Missouri.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Springfield office.
• Reliable transportation and car insurance.

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person to provide hospice regulations, medications, and charting.

Hourly rate and mileage reimbursement provided (recent increase in mileage). Benefits are available for full‑time positions. Documentation is performed in the electronic medical record system with mileage computed via phone app.
