Registered Nurse eICU Virtual Care Command Center- PRN - Night Shift

Position Overview

Virtual Care Command Center – Cox Health South Hospital – Night shift (7:30 PM – 7:00 AM).

• Assist with admission, care plan development and maintenance, patient education, medication and discharge teaching, and care coordination.
• Support bedside RNs with tasks that can be performed virtually to lighten workload and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with virtual physicians, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, early intervention team, and other disciplines.
• Maintain real‑time quality and patient safety surveillance.
• Provide mentorship to new nurses and participate in evidence‑based care implementation.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Experience: Minimum two years inpatient nursing experience; preferred charge nurse or preceptor experience and specialty nursing certification.

Licensure: RN license active in Missouri.

Pay: $1,000 certification; $1,000 BSN; career ladder bonus up to $5,000.
