We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented LPN to join our team in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self‑starter LPN who thrives with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, clinical support, and administrative assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.

• Patient Care:
  - Obtain and document patient vitals (BP, pulse, temp, weight, etc.).
  - Assist with patient education regarding hormone and peptide therapies.
  - Prepare and administer treatments under the supervision of providers (IV certification a plus).
  - Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming patient environment.
• Clinical Documentation:
  - Accurately chart notes and update patient records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  - Maintain strict attention to detail for patient files and treatment logs.
• Communication & Admin:
  - Serve as a primary point of contact for patients via phone and text, providing professional and friendly support.
  - Handle scheduling, intake forms, and general administrative duties.
  - Manage patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current IV therapy certification.
• Experience with EMR systems and hormone/peptide therapy clinics.
