We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care across all age groups. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Nurses will monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort and outcomes. All work is performed within the scope of nursing practice, consistent with Mercy Health System guidelines, the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act, professional ethics, and the Co‑Worker Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities- Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for all age groups.
- Coordinate and monitor patient care activities with ancillary departments.
- Adhere to established guidelines of nursing practice and Mercy Health System standards.
- Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with rotational weekends and holidays.
- Full‑time, inpatient Med‑Surg telemetry unit.
- Sign‑On Bonus:
New graduate $5,000; 1‑2 years RN experience $13,000; 3‑4 years RN experience $15,000; 5+ years RN experience $20,000. - Education Assistance:
Up to $20,000 loan forgiveness for new graduate nurses; tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year. - Relocation Assistance: $3,000 for full‑time nurses.
- Weekend Differential:
Shift differential for hours between 3 p.m.–7 a.m.; additional differential for weekend option days and nights. - New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 per hour.
- Day‑One Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
- PTO / Vacation:
Front‑load up to 80 hours for experienced RNs (full‑time only). - Employer‑Matched Retirement Funds.
Our telemetry/Med‑Surg unit offers a wide range of learning opportunities in acute and chronic care. Patients present with chest pain, heart failure, dysrhythmias, sepsis, infection, wound management, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, and more. Surgical procedures such as cath‑lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and anticoagulation therapies are also performed.
