5W Cardiac‑Telemetry is a unit that monitors patients requiring telemetry. The Registered Nurse will manage patient care, assess conditions, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide support and education to patients and families.

Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $5,000.00

Front‑loaded Paid Time Off:
Up to 40 hours

Relocation Bonus:
Up to $3,000.00

Certification Pay: $1.00

BSN Pay: $1.00

Career Ladder Bonus:
Eligible up to $5,000.00

The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing medical conditions or surgical procedures. The nurse must assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records and provide patients and families with support and education. The RN maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge to care for a diverse group of patients.

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
• Required:
  
  BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Preferred:
  Previous nursing experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
• Exhibits valuable time management skills
• Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi‑tasking environment

• Required:
  
  RN license active in the state of Missouri
