Compassionate Night CNA — Quality Care & Vitals

Springfield Villa is looking for strong CNA's for our night shift team. We are looking to grow our Census which mean we need 5 more CNA's to get to our number. We are a fun, inclusive, and energetic bunch. While we enjoy a laugh at work, our main priority is to give the best quality of care you can get from a nursing home.

This position provides direct resident care under the supervision of a charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Nursing. As a CNA you will be delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Responsibilities that are assigned but not limited to:

• 1. Providing personal hygiene needs which include: bathing, oral hygiene, hair and nail care, lotioning of skin, and toileting.
• 2. Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• 3. Assist is the preparation, serving, and feeding of the correct diet.
• 4. Assist in changing clothes, linen, towels, and wash cloths.
• 5. Room changes, admissions, and discharges
• 6. Post mortem care
• 7. Resident Vitals
• 8. Turn and Reposition residents
