• Brand New Multidisciplinary ICU Department
• Patient Population:
  Cardiac, Emergency, Medicine, Surgical, and Nuero
• Full‑Time Benefits Eligible
• (3) 12 Hour Shifts – 7:00‑7:30 AM
• Shift Differentials for Evenings/Weekends/Holidays
• BSN differential for eligible candidates

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on managing illness or injury, including post‑treatment home care needs and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, family, or caregiver, and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care.
• Maintains a constant state of alertness and works safely, as required by a safety-sensitive position.
