36 hours per week, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Day Shift.

The Medical‑Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of adult or geriatric patients with general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, keeping records, and providing patients and families with support and education.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Previous nursing experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership abilities
• Strong time‑management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi‑tasking environment

• Active Nursing License in Missouri (required)
• BLS within 90 days of hire (required)
• ACLS within one year of hire (required)

• Up to $15,000.00 sign‑on bonus
