Job Description Oregon Care Center in Oregon, Missouri is currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes
Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members
Accurately document care in resident charts
Supervise CNAs and assist with staff coordination
Follow facility policies and state regulations to ensure quality care
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MissouriCPR certification (preferred)
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
