Reports directly to the clinic manager. Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, provides, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients. Interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care. Serves as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff. Performs various quality checklists, logs, and/or verifies completion for tasks delegated to clinic staff. Serve as educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations – supplemental to onboarding, nursing education, and other educational trainings.
Serve as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding wide range of quality measures.
Education
- Required:
Graduate of an approved nursing program - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required:
1 year of nursing/healthcare experience - Preferred:
Previous nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting. - Preferred:
Leadership experience - Preferred:
Cardiac experience
