Yourcommission is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit, supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has 2+ years of RN experience, leadership experience preferred and ICU exposure.
Night shifts are four 10-hour nights (8pm or 10pm start). Benefits begin first day of month after start, with 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.
