RN - Med Tele Unit - Weekend Option

Job Description

Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit. You will provide care to a diverse patient population with a variety of conditions, procedures, and treatment plans. This position will give you the opportunity to learn and expand your nursing skills and be part of unit and system wide committees to improve patient care.

Shift Details: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am

• Utilize the nursing process.
• Perform patient care, delegating patient care tasks and supervising other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
