Overview
Central Maine Medical Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate bedside care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications, support treatments, and document accurately under RN/physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes, patient education, and discharge readiness. Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical status under RN/physician direction.
- Administer medications and support treatments as prescribed.
- Document care accurately in the medical record and communicate changes to the health care team.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes, patient education, and discharge readiness.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
